Your browser may have passwords stored automatically. If you would like to remove your saved password for Lumosity, click on your browser below for instructions.

- Select the Chrome menu in the top right corner of the browser.
- Click Settings and then click Advanced at the bottom of the page.
- Click Manage passwords to see a list of all the usernames and passwords that have been saved.
- Enter "Lumosity" in the search bar to filter out other websites.
- Click the 3 dots on the right side of each entry and click Remove.

- Click on the menu (≡) in the top right corner of the browser and select the gear icon that says Options or Preferences (Mac).
- Click Privacy & Security on the left-hand side.
- Click the Saved Logins button.
- Enter "Lumosity" in the search bar to filter out other websites.
- Click the Remove button to remove stored passwords.
- Select the Safari menu and choose Preferences.
- Click on the Passwords tab.
- Enter "Lumosity" into the search bar to filter out other passwords
- Select the entries for Lumosity.com.
- Click Remove and then confirm your choice in the next window.
Windows 8 & 10:
- Select the gear icon in the top right corner of the browser.
- Select Internet Options.
- Select the Content tab.
- Under AutoComplete, click Settings.
- Click Manage Passwords.
- In the Credential Manager box that pops up, find the incorrect emails listed next to Lumosity.com, press the downward arrow on the right, and click Remove.
Windows 7:
Due to the limitations of Windows 7 Internet Explorer, the following actions will clear all passwords stored in Internet Explorer (not just those associated with Lumosity.com). If you prefer not to delete your passwords, we suggest using another browser for Lumosity, such as Chrome or Firefox. To delete all saved passwords in Internet Explorer:
- Select the gear icon in the top right corner of the browser.
- Select Safety, then Delete browsing history.
- Uncheck Preserve Favorites Website Data and check both Form Data and Passwords.
- Click the Delete button.
- Click "..." in the top right corner of the browser.
- Click on Settings, then scroll down and click View advanced settings.
- Scroll down and click Manage passwords.
- Click the X to the right of each entry for Lumosity.com
- Press "..." again to close the menu.
