Why can't I enter or change my Lumosity account birthday?

For security reasons, you cannot enter or change your birthday yourself after your Lumosity account has been created. However, we are happy to update it for you! To change your birthday for your Lumosity account, enter your birthdate in this form. Please include your full date of birth (month, day and year). We'll email you back to confirm that your birthdate has been changed.

Your birthdate is needed to provide you with comparisons on the How You Compare page. If you don't feel comfortable sharing your full birthday, you may enter the date as January 1 of the year you were born.
