Because computer technologies rapidly change, we are not able to guarantee that Lumosity will function flawlessly on all systems. Newer technologies tend to offer better experiences, so we try to stay up-to-date with the newest versions of each system, and older versions will eventually become unsupported.

We have ended support for Windows XP, Vista, and 7 and Macs with Tiger, Leopard, Snow Leopard, Lion, and Mountain operating systems because Chrome, Apple, Microsoft, and Mozilla Firefox no longer provide bug fixes and security updates for these systems, and so we cannot guarantee safety or compatibility on these systems. To stay safe online, we recommend that you upgrade your operating system to the latest version. Learn how to upgrade your Windows or Mac operating system.
Linux/Ubuntu: We do not officially support Linux. However, if you are on a Linux computer, we recommend that you use the Chromium browser.
