The Community Insight says I must update my operating system. What do I do?

Our new Insight Your Lumosity Community shows Lumosity stats for your city or region. You can find it on the Insights tab.

Your device must be set to English to see this Insight. Make sure you have updated to the latest version of the app. Find Lumosity in the iOS App Store or the Android Google Play Store and tap Update.

This Insight is displayed with a browser view within the Lumosity app for iPad, iPhone, and Android, and it has specific technical requirements:

iPads and iPhones

iOS 10 or higher is required. Check out this Apple Support page for information about updating your iOS.

If you are unable to update your iOS, you can view Your Lumosity Community on by using the Chrome browser on your iOS device, or using a supported browser on a computer. 


Android 5.0 or higher is required. You can check for updates in Settings in the About device section.

You must also have the latest version of your browser, so make sure that the Chrome browser is up to date. Please note, devices with Android 4.4 cannot load the browser within the app, so you must view Your Lumosity Community on a web browser.

If you are unable update your Android OS you can view Your Lumosity Community on our website by installing or updating the Chrome browser, or using a supported browser on a computer.
