A screen does not load on the Android app. What do I do?

If you're having trouble loading the pages for Mobile Notifications or Insights on the Lumosity app for Android, you may need to update your Chrome browser app. Update here or check the Play Store for updates.

After updating Chrome, try restarting the Lumosity app. Open the Settings app, choose Apps/Application Manager, and tap the Running/Enabled tab to view only active or running apps. Choose Lumosity and tap the Stop/Force Stop button.

Still having trouble?

Please make sure you have updated to the latest version of the Lumosity app. Find Lumosity in the Play Store and tap Update.

You may also try restarting your device. To restart most Android devices, press and hold the Power button until the Device Options menu appears and then touch Restart.
