In Star Search, you're shown a number of symbols with different colors, patterns, shapes, and movements. Your goal is to select the item that does not have a match on the board. 

Examples:

While hard to show in picture form, the reason the bottom-right shape is the correct answer is because it's the only pale green shape that is rotating counter-clockwise.

In this example, this is piece is the only orange diamond without a pattern.

Scoring and Levels

The points awarded vary depending on what level you are on and how quickly you respond. If you answer correctly in 6 seconds or less, then you increase one level. Otherwise, you decrease one level. The scoring in this game involves some complicated calculations which varies with your trial level and response time. Put simply, the scores may vary from game to game.
