The NeuroCognitive Performance Test (NCPT) is a set of assessments that test your skills using tasks independent of the games. By taking the tests, you’ll be contributing to our research efforts to improve Lumosity and our assessments.

Your NCPT score report will be available immediately after taking the test. If you’d like to view your scores at a later date, please contact our Customer Support Team.

There was an issue with my NCPT. Can I retake it?

Unfortunately, scores aren’t able to be removed or altered once they’ve been recorded. However, if you feel there was an issue that interfered with your test score, please contact Customer Support so we can help you further.
