Familiar Faces requires recalling both the customers' orders and their names. In order to earn more points and move to the next level, you must type in the customers’ names when they first appear instead of when they ask for a check.

If it is the first time you have seen a customer or you do not remember their name, click "Submit" under "Hello, what's your name?"

After that, when you see a customer you remember, type their name when they first appear under "Hello again," and click the lower "Submit" button. The spelling must be correct in order to receive additional points.

If you guess correctly, the green line on the tip meter will increase and you will earn a bigger tip!
