If your LPI data isn’t syncing with the website, this is probably because your device hasn’t been connected to the internet for a while. Please note that not all data will sync between the Lumosity app and Lumosity.com.
First, be sure that you're logging into the same account on both the website and Lumosity app. You can try logging out and logging back into the Lumosity app. Tap More and then tap Account Settings. Then, tap Log Out. Enter the email address and password for the account you would like to access on the Log In screen.
If you are logged into your account, be sure that your device has an active internet connection, and then restart your device and relaunch the Lumosity app.
