How do I get a refund?

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for any purchase or renewal charge made through Lumosity.com or Google Play within the last 30 days, except purchases of monthly subscriptions or purchases occurring in iTunes.

Purchases made through Apple are non-refundable. All refunds for subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store are subject to the Apple Media Terms of Service and are therefore non-refundable by Lumosity.
