Top 5 and Personal Best scores indicate your own personal achievements for specific games. If your most recent score is one of the 5 highest scores you have ever received for a game, this is considered a Top 5 score. If your most recent score is the very highest score you have ever received for a game, this is considered a Personal Best score.

Top 5 scores will be indicated by a Top 5 medallion, and Personal Best scores will be indicated by a medallion with a trophy icon inside. If you've played a game 5 or fewer times, you won't see the Top 5 or Personal Best icons.
