Eagle Eye is not working properly on Chrome, what do I do?

There have been some problems with Eagle Eye on recent versions of Chrome on Windows. Chrome seems to have made some changes to their version of Flash that are conflicting with both Eagle Eye versions, which require the full screen. You may see the cursor icon displayed in several places at once, or see white boxes.  We are currently investigating the problem, and we hope to have the issue resolved soon.

In the meantime, this problem can be resolved by changing your settings:

  1. In Chrome, click the menu (⋮) in the top right corner and select Settings.
  2. Click Show Advanced Settings.
  3. Click Content Settings
  4. Under Flash, select Block sites from running Flash.
  5. Click Manage exceptions. Then enter www.lumosity.com and click Done.
  6. Reload Eagle Eye.

For Windows 10, another option is to adjust your screen resolution. Right click on the desktop of your computer and click Display Settings. Under "Change the size of text, apps, and other items" drag the bar so that it shows 100%.

Alternatively, the problem can be resolved by using another browser. You can use one of the following browsers:

  • Firefox
  • Internet Explorer
  • Edge  

Just log into Lumosity.com on one of those browsers to access your account and play Eagle Eye.
