Why have I been charged?

If you've been charged by Lumosity, it is most likely for the renewal of a Lumosity subscription. Lumosity subscriptions are set to automatically renew on a monthly, yearly or bi-yearly basis depending on your subscription type. The subscription will continue to auto-renew until you cancel so that you have uninterrupted access to your training.

You will see the charge show up on your statement like so:
Lumosity.com*12345678 877-777-0502                                                           Lumosity.com*Upzhek
fee.lumosity.com*A123 877-777-0502

If you did not intend for this charge to go through, you can email us to request a refund. Please be sure to include the transaction number shown above.
