How do I enable JavaScript?

If you see a message at the top of the Lumosity.com website telling you to enable JavaScript, then you must enable JavaScript in order to load the website properly and play Lumosity games.

Click on your browser below for instructions.

Chrome

  1. Click the menu in the top right corner and select Settings.
  2. Click on Advanced at the bottom.
  3. Under Privacy and security, click on Content Settings.
  4. Click on Javascript.
  5. Toggle to Allowed.

Firefox

  1. In the address bar, type about:config and press Enter.  Then click I accept the risk.
  2. In the search bar, search for javascript.enabled
  3. If the value shows False, right click on it and click Toggle. JavaScript is enabled when the Value column reads True.

Safari

  1. Go to the Safari menu and choose Preferences.
  2. Click on the Security tab, then check the box for Enable JavaScript

Internet Explorer

  1. Click on the gear in the top right corner and select Internet Options.
  2. In the Security tab, click on the Default Level button to return the browser to default security settings. (If the Default level button is not clickable, then JavaScript is already enabled.)
