What is my password?

For security reasons, no one at Lumosity can see your password. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it using our Password Reset Form, found here.

On the Password Reset Form, you are prompted to enter an email address. You must use the email address tied to your Lumosity account in order for the request to work. Using the email address you provide, we will locate your Lumosity account and send you an email containing a link to reset your password. The link will expire after 24 hours, so make sure to use it right away!

If you do not receive the password reset email, check your spam folder. If it's not there, please let our customer support team know by clicking "Submit a Request" below.
